2Double, a 21-year old rap kreyol artist from Cite Soleil, is one of many young Haitians looking to speak out against, and hopefully escape, their current circumstances living in the poorest country in the western hemisphere. The growing movement, which got its start 20 years ago, has been fueled recently by a tragedy that befell the country's most popular group, Barikad Crew, when, on June 15, 2008, three of the group's 11 members perished in a tragic automobile accident.
